Refunds
We will accept any unused yarn for exchange or for credit within 3 months of purchase. The product must be in its original condition when returned. The shipping/freight cost of returning product for credit/exchange are the customers care. A credit note will be provided to the customer by Skeinz via E-mail.
Patterns books & accessories may not be exchanged. These will be replaced if damaged during shipment. Freight/shipping costs will be reimbursed for the return damaged product. Replacement products will be sent at no cost. Damage must be reported (via email) on receipt & product returned within 14 working days of receipt. Please include a full description of the damage when reporting.
Payment
All prices quoted on this website are in the currency of your region or if that currency isn't available the default currency outside of NZ is $USD. Within NZ it is New Zealand dollars and includes GST.
For shipments outside of New Zealand in a currency other than the $NZD, all the prices shown are exclusive of GST.
Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Stock on Hand:
Inventory of products on our website are included on the individual product detail page. Please check that there is sufficient stock showing to complete your order or project. We can not guarantee in all cases what we have additional stock available. Feel free to email us if you require more stock than what is listed & we can canfirm if additional stock is avalable.
Despatch Target:
Credit card payments: - we aim to send your order out with 2 business days of receipt.
Please be aware the web store is open over holiday periods, but deliveries will be delayed due to public holidays in NZ (4 days at Easter, Christmas & New Year)
Direct Credit Payments - direct deposit payments show up in our records on the following business day. We aim to send order with 2 business days of receipt of payment. Direct Credit Payments are only available to New Zealand customers or customers who hold NZ bank accounts - otherwise payments can be made by Telegraphic Transfer or Credit Card.
