These cables are compatible with all KnitPro interchangeable knitting needles as well as Tunisian crochet hooks.
The cable length shown refers to the total length of your circular needle once the cable and standard length needle tips (12.8cm) are connected. To check this, simply measure the full distance from tip to tip after assembling your circulars.
For example, to create an 80 cm circular needle, you would attach a pair of 12.8 cm regular tips to an Orange cable (which on its own measures 56 cm). Together, these components come to just over 80 cm. If you use the shorter 10 cm Special tips instead, the final length is closer to 76 cm.

Blue: 28 cm cable gives a 50 cm circular
Neon Green: 35 cm cable gives a 60 cm circular
Orange: 56 cm cable gives an 80 cm circular
Red: 76 cm cable gives a 100 cm circular
Purple: 94 cm cable gives a 120 cm circular
Black: 125 cm cable gives a 150 cm circular
A note about 40 cm cables:
These work best with the Short KnitPro tips. While you can use regular-length tips, the restricted angle between the tips can make knitting quite uncomfortable.
