Sale Prices not showing? Did you preload your cart? We have found that sale pricing will not automatically action if yarns are preloaded in carts. You will need to restart your device and start again to purge the browser history.
Due to the volumes transacted early in the sale, some items can sell out. Any oversold items will be refunded back to your card.
Make sure you check out the individual product pages under 'Yarn by Brand' almost all yarns are on sale and will appear here with their discounts attached.
Log in and password not working? If restarting your device or changing a browser does not help reach out to us at email@example.com or checkout as a guest.
For any digital issues try completely power down & restart your device. We know it sounds cliché but this will help dislodge any residual cookies in the history and solves 90% of digital issues.
Due to the increased traffic to the site it could work much slower than you are used too. Please be patient.
There will be NO bank deposit option available during the Epic Sale. So please make sure you use a credit card, Visa Debit or Laybuy (see next)
We use LAYBUY online purchasing option. Investigate this now as a easier way for you to pay.
Expect delivery delays. Due to the sheer volume of orders it can take 5 - 7 working days for your order to dispatch from us. Delivery delays are also in place due to Cyclone damage and ferry disruptions. Patience is appreciated.
