In store and online
We will be experiencing heavier traffic than usual both in our store and with online ordering - below is what you can expect during the Skeinz Epic Sale
Our Napier retail store hours are 10am - 3.30pm M- F and Sat 10am - 1pm
During Level Two please make sure you scan in upon arrival and be aware of your social distancing whilst you're with us.
If you are using the Collect in store service for online orders - please allow 3 working days
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched - we experience exceptionally high order volumes at this time
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or change any yarns within this order
The Epic Sale applies only for stock currently held in our warehouse - items currently out of stock are unable to be ordered.
Due to the sheer volume of orders sometime our system will oversell items. This is unavoidable. You will be issued with a refund for any items unable to be supplied and a note added to your order.
