An project suitable for just beyond beginner knitters, Balance is an modern sweater with slim fitted sleeves,a scoop neckline and a funky necklace made from stuffed pods. Made in pieces and seamed at the sides and sleeves.
Designed in a 2ply/Lace Mohair, this uses simple stockinette and garter stitch patterns. It sets out 6 adult womens sizes from UK8 to UK18 (approx. Bust measurement 81cm / 86cm / 91cm / 97cm / 102 / 107cm)
Necklace uses one ball of a 10ply weight yarn
Pattern gauge is 25 stitches x 34 rows to 10cm swatch in stockinette using 3.25mm needles.
Needles: 1 pair of each of 3.25mm and 2.75mm straight needles or as required to get the pattern gauge.
A set of 5mm DPNs to make the necklace (optional).
